Qantas Pathfinders Charity Flight to Longreach, Queensland
charity flightQANTAS is hosting a charity flight to Longreach in Queensland’s Outback to help raise money for deaf and blind children next month.Passengers on the September 7 flight , on Saturday will visit the Australian Stockman’s Hall of Fame, see the Harry Redford Old Time Tent Show at Kinnon &Co and enjoy canapes and a three-course lunch at Qantas Founders Outback Museum. Plane buffs can also explore the 1921 Qantas hangar and 707 and 747 jumbo jets and see historic memorabilia at the Qantas Founders Outback Museum. Best-selling author Tara Moss will accompany the flight.Tickets cost $850, including return flights from Sydney to Longreach, meals and transfers. Money raised goes towards the Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children, which helps more than 3000 children with hearing or vision loss and their families.
